@@andypattison1997 Tactics only do so much. The team is literally so bad. Even Pochettino would have trouble with this team if he came back. It's not the team it used to be. Tottenham lost so many good players. Only Kane and Son are left. Not everyone can become the best players in the world. Some players don't have enough talent/potential to be good. They need to invest in younger players and find players with potential.

As an Inter fan, I think he wrongly did not believe any more in the powerful inter might have had after selling all the top player. Actually, we have overtaken the CL first round and we we are second in the Italy league with huge margin of improvements. With Conte we badly failed in Europe,. No regrets for Conte, we now have a much cheaper, polite coach named Inzaghi who is letting inter playing even more aggressive than Conte did. I think he also wanted to come back to England

Since last season we've seen how shocking the defense is. I think we realize now that it's not down to coaching but simply quality. Can't make an omelette with no eggs. But in general, the attitude of certain players are non existent. They threw Jose and Nuno under the bus. As many have said, only a complete clean up will save this team. And Conte is the right man to do it.

Conte knew this squad before arriving at Spurs. The eight or nine weeks he will have had with them before the January window will only confirm what he already knew. Tbh I think Jose and conte went to spurs wide eyed thinking it was still the same squad that ALMOST won the league.

Spurs are in a similer position to where Liverpool were when Klopp came in. If Conte is here for the long haul and gets the full backing he deserves then maybe in 3 years time something might happen.
